With over 20 years’ experience in accountancy and business advisory, Matt Neale is a Partner overseeing the East Anglia offices in Diss, Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Colchester. Having qualified as both an FCCA and FCA in 2001, Matt has worked in a range of roles including Audit Manager before taking on his current leadership position.

Today, Matt splits his time between supporting the owners of small and medium-sized businesses—helping them navigate everything from tax and compliance to growth and strategy—and driving the continued expansion of the East Anglia practice, which now proudly includes four offices and a team of 80 across the region.

A long-time business owner himself, Matt understands the challenges and rewards that come with running and growing a company. He’s been an active networker for many years and values the camaraderie, support and shared learning that comes from connecting with other local business owners.

Recognising that Diss and the surrounding area lacked a dedicated group to bring like-minded business leaders together, Matt founded the EGGS networking group to fill that gap—creating a welcoming space for genuine connection, collaboration and community growth.

When he’s not working with clients or growing the East Anglia team, you’ll often find Matt riding his trials motorbike in off-road competitions—always ready for the next challenge, on or off the track.
