Jason Peck is the Managing Director of Excel Electrical Services Ltd and serves as the Group Secretary for our networking collective. With more than 30 years in the electrical services industry, Jason began his career with a four-year apprenticeship followed by eleven years working with a large electrical contractor in Norwich firm and as a sub-contractor electrician on large commercial developments such as Sizewell B and Bacton Gas Station, before launching his own family-run business in 2001. Under Jason’s stewardship Excel delivers a full range of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical services — from rewires, installation testing and EV-charging installations to solar panel and battery-storage solutions.
Beyond his professional credentials, Jason brings to the group a friendly, down-to-earth style and enjoys spending time outdoors—whether walking the Norfolk coast with the family dogs or going on holiday to experience his passion for snowboarding. 

He helped launch the group because he believes in the power of purposeful networking: it’s a way to share ideas, lift one another and generate genuine referrals. Jason sees strong, trusting relationships as central to getting work done well and on time. For his business it means being in the loop, understanding other local services, finding complementary partners and ultimately serving his clients more comprehensively. Networking isn’t just talk—it’s building real-world support systems that boost quality, reliability and reputation.
